CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
To provide you with a positive customer experience by maintaining accurate contact and registration information, offering comprehensive customer support through various channels, including online messaging and chatbots, communicating with you about products, services, subscriptions, and features that may be of interest to you, and enabling you to participate in contests, outbound satisfaction calls and surveys, customer incentives, benefits, and loyalty rewards. In addition, our privacy guidelines are communicated annually to our FRUTICO21 employees as part of their mandatory training.
SHARING OTHER INFORMATION WITH ADVERTISERS
